Join us from 11:30am to 1:30pm for a buffet breakfast paired with an assortment of free flowing Tanqueray Gin cocktails.

All of these breakfast goodies come with bottomless spritz cocktails featuring Tanqueray Gin, adding an extra touch of decadence to your time with mum.

If you’re looking to enjoy your bottomless brunch with no alcohol, there will be non-alcoholic drinks available. Enjoy a selection of assorted fruit juices, soft drinks and hot beverages including hot chocolate and Nespresso coffee.

MOTHER'S DAY MENU

Pastry section: freshly baked croissants, assorted muffins and donuts, waffles and scones alongside assorted seasonal fruit jams, maple syrup, whipped cream, lemon curd and honey.

Cold buffet: seasonal sliced fruit, marinated berries and stewed fruits, yogurt, chia and muesli pots, assorted cured meats, fresh vegetables with house-made dips, fresh garden salad, gourmet cheese selection and assorted finger sandwiches.

Hot buffet: breakfast sliders, pork buns, seafood dumplings, stuffed mushrooms, baked potato rosti, Italian sausage, beef and cheddar empanada, mini duck wellington, crispy bacon with maple syrup, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, curry and roti chef cooking station.

Dessert buffet: chef’s selection of cakes, tarts, petit fours and more.

Beverage station: bottomless Tanqueray Spritz, assorted fruit juices, soft drinks, hot chocolate, gourmet teas and Nespresso coffee.
